What we collect

Account details (name, email), files you upload to send or trade, trade and payment metadata, and basic usage analytics. We never sell your data.

How files are handled

Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Transfer links expire automatically. In a trade, the original file stays locked until both parties confirm — only a watermarked preview is shown before then.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. TrustDrop triggers the seller transfer only after validation; this is not a regulated escrow service. We never store your full card number.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. Analytics cookies are optional and only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard, under Profile. Deletion is irreversible.
